I've seen you, I've lived among you, its been my job to try to learn the best ways to interact with you. Its been my job to be there, when the glamours don't shield you from the terror of my world, for when you just cant shake that feeling that what you had seen wasn't really dream, that it wasn't just you being unsure, I've been there to help those of you who have seen what I see every day, help you rationalize, and help you bury it, so its nothing more than a passing nightmare to you.
Everything I do today goes against the Clave, but here, here is where I know there are those of you who can at least be trusted. The author by the name of Cassanadra Clare depicts a word, and while I know you may not have fallen in love with the world as much as the characters, I need you to know that every story has truths about it. I need you to accept the lurking danger that you can sense, its not a play of light, there are creatures in the shadows, and its my job, and that of my people to protect you from them.
I know your world is tense, and pressure mounts for you as the day's grow closer to the release of Cassandra Clare's latest novel; but what if its not just a novel. What if right now, the war is raging? What if right now I can tell you that my people, my friends, their families, are being slaughtered by the hundreds as we fight to protect you and this world? And what if I tell you that we are slipping, numbers dwindling, our defenses weakening, and the boy Sebastion is real. This war is happening, and I am calling upon you to open your eyes, and come to our aid, for this world, for our lives together. It's a lot to ask, and to even expect of people who were only just invited into our world under the false pretense of fiction, But Cassandra Clare has opened a window for us in a time where all doors seem to closing in around us, You are our final hope.
Please, consider the future, not only of the world you know, but of the people you know in your heart have been there for you to help protect it.
Just as we are all you have separating you from the demon world, now you are all we have and I call upon you, to rise next to us, and battle to keep the world good and stop the orphaned Morganstern child from dissolving our world to ruins and ending our race.
