Apotampkin
Chapter One
Wispy white smoke rose in front of my face as I breathed out telling me what I already knew; it was freezing. A shiver wracked my body and I hugged myself tighter in the vain hope that I could warm myself up. I could feel the intense stare of someone watching me, stalking me as if I was their pray. And when I tried to look past the darkness in front of me I was met with even more; it getting even darker if that was possible.
I let out another shaky breath and looked around me, there was nothing and I think that is what scared me the most.
Something impossibly pale flashed past me causing me to whip my head around, my long hair went with it and some of the ends pricked at my face. I quickly brushed away the stray hairs and tried to see what had now had disappeared.
"Hello?" I asked nervously. I was sure that I whispered it but my voice echoed. "Who's there?"
There was no reply.
I spun in a small circle, looking all around me for anything that might tell me something.
Again, out of the corner of my eye, it zoomed by me at a speed that I thought was impossible.
I called out again.
I was shaking from the cold and the fear that had started in the pit of my stomach but was now pulsing around my whole body.
"Please...If there's somebody there let me know...Just please," I begged through my tears.
And it was then, out of nowhere that a pair of bright red eyes appeared before me. All I could do was scream...
"Bella? Wake up!" Alice was yelling and shaking me. I slowly opened my eyes to find her concerned amber ones looking down at me.
I screamed and scrambled away from her when I recognised hers as the pair in my dream...
