Hey, guys! Heh, long time no see. This is just an idea I had yesterday while listening to a commercial on the radio. I know I haven't updated Those Awkward Moments in FOREVER, but I found out that there's another version of that already out for people to read. It even has the same title. Awkward, right? So I don't know if I'll actually be updating that... Anyway, on with the story!
Disclaimer: I own nothing. At all.
Romano gave an irritated huff as he did his best to sweep the front porch of Spain's obnoxiously large house. The idiot was supposed to be back from wherever he had gone two days ago— not that Romano was worried about him. No, the boy was sure his caretaker had just gotten lost or distracted. He did things like that sometimes.
Spain did a lot of things, now that he thought about it. Some of them were admittedly great. He went out and took charge of things. He performed death-defying stunts in bull fights. He hugged Romano when he was scared, even if somehow the older nation was scared, too.
The boy adjusted his apron and went inside, glancing out the windows every few minutes.
Romano soon saw a familiar figure appear at the top of the hill that led down to the house. He immediately scowled, mentally rehearsing the angry rant he had prepared.
Spain did a lot a lot of great things, it was true, but the best thing he could do was come home.
So, yeah. Short, but I felt like sharing. Reviews make me very happy~! Seriously, I once did a happy dance for abouta half an hour because of a review.
