Ok. This is my first fanfic. I'm not asking you to be overly nice to me or anything, just if you have a helpful hint I'd appreciate it. Also, any ideas for the story are helpful as well. Oh, and I'm sorry about the short chapters. They will be uber short, but there will be many of them.
Disclaimer: I do not own Naruto. If I did everyone would be afraid…
Warning: This is YAOI, meaning guy/guy. If you have a problem with it, don't read. This also has rape in the second chapter. Again, don't like, don't read.
Listening to: My typing, and my friend on the phone.
Feeling: Angry, and confused.
Chapter 1: What?!
"Kiba?"
The brunette looked up. "Yes, mom?"
Tsume Inuzuka sat down next to her son. "I'm worried about you. You are going to turn 20, and you still haven't found a mate."
"I told you I…" but Kiba was cut off by his mother.
"I know you want Huuga Neji, but his family won't allow it, and we don't even know if Neji's gay or not."
Tsume did not have any objection to her son not being interested in girls, just as long as he found a mate, and soon. She didn't want Kiba to go through that. Ever.
"But mom," Kiba protested. I can't see me with anyone else for my entire life. This is a big decision for me, and I will only be happy with Neji."
"I wish I could help you, but like said, the Huuga family will not allow it." She ran her hands through his spiky hair.
"But how do you know that?" Kiba asked hoping, rather than believing what he was saying was true. "Maybe they're different than what people say."
"I wish that was the case, my son, but even if it was you'd still have to get Neji to like you back."
Neji sat in his room, watching the setting sin, and brushing his long silky hair. He needed to calm down, and this was one of the only ways to do so. He could not comprehend what his uncle had said. How could he find a bride in his own family? There were not decent girls in the Huuga's. Hell, there weren't even any decent Huuga guys. The only family member he even remotely liked was Hinata, but she was more like a sister than anything.
Neji finally decided to go for a walk to help clear his mind. He set his brush down on his bed, and stepped outside.
Even in the forest, Neji could find no peace. Hiashi's words played over and over again in his head.
You have one month to find a bride, Neji... One month to find someone…One month…
Neji punched a tree in his frustration, and confusion. He shook his head, and walked on, ignoring the blood dripping down his knuckles.
"Neji" The sound of his name made him look up.
"Oh, hello, Kiba." Neji said, and continued down the path.
The dog-nin fell into step with his friend.
After a couple of minutes of silence, he asked. "Neji, what's wrong?"
"Nothing" His pale eyes were focused ahead of them.
"You look like someone died. You can't say there's nothing wrong." Kiba stepped in front of the other ninja, so he couldn't walk away. "Now tell me."
"It doesn't concern you" Neji muttered, pushing past Kiba.
Kiba grabbed Neji's arm. "Don't tell me it doesn't concern me. I care about you."
Neji scoffed. "Sure you do. Now let me go"
"No" The dog-nin growled. "There's something wrong with you. I want to help, because I… I love you, Neji"
"What?!"
