Author's Note: Hello! This is just a very short story that is not intended to be serious at all. It is a complete joke and really has nothing to do with the plot of Harry Potter at all. It is not even edited so don't have very high expectations while you are reading it. It is based of of a youtube video I saw called "Come Out of That Bathroom, It's Christmas!" by JefferySelf. I have been studying for finals all week and I decided to post this because I was bored.
I do not own Harry Potter.
It was Christmas at the Burrow and all was perfect. That was a complete lie because nothing was at all perfect. Early in the morning Harry had locked himself in the bathroom and refused to come out. The whole of the Weasley family were in the kitchen getting ready for dinner.
"Is he ever coming out of there?" Ginny asked impatiently to no one in particular.
"He won't tell us what is wrong, so maybe we should just let him be for now and get eating." Ron said staring at the turkey being set on to the table by Mrs. Weasley.
"I am going to check on him." Ginny sighed getting up from her seat at the table. "He is such a moody prat."
"Hermione is trying to get him out right now. Good luck." Mrs. Weasley called to her as she ascended the stairs.
Ginny walked down the hallway towards the bathroom and saw Hermione glaring at the closed bathroom door.
"Harry I know you are having a teenager moment, your hormones are running wild and you can't control your emotions, but you need to stop being such a git and come out of that bathroom!" Hermione yelled.
"I am not…coming out of this bathroom…" They heard him say in a dead voice.
"BUT IT'S CHRISTMAS!" Hermione shrieked, hitting the door.
"Hermione, why don't you go downstairs; I'll take care of him." Ginny told the beet-red girl.
"WELL, GOOD LUCK TO YOU!" she shrieked throwing her hands in the air as she went back down the stairs, muttering furiously to herself.
"Harry?" Ginny said consolingly to the door. "It's just me Ginny. Why don't you open the door so we can talk?"
No response came from the contents of the bathroom.
"Listen I know that you have been feeling terrible this year for pretty much no apparent reason. You have been lashing out at your friends and have become a real pain to be around, but that doesn't mean that you should lock yourself away. You need to be the confident Harry Potter that we all love and not let Voldemort invading your mind every night get you down. Please Harry, open the door."
Slowly, the door opened. Harry stood in the doorway looking blankly at Ginny.
She held her arms open for a hug waiting for him to come to her, when he closed the door again.
"No, please!" Ginny gasped falling forward towards the closed door.
Get Out of That Bathroom, It's Christmas!
Author's Note: Did you like it? More importantly, did you hate it? Please review and tell me how stupid it is. I need to have something to laugh at if I want to make it through final week.
Thank you! :)
