NARUTO: Samurai chronicles

It was a bright and sunny day in konoha and none other than naruto uzumaki was just waking up, he didn't mean to sleep in like he usually does because he said he would see sasuke off. Unlike naruto, sasuke had a mission today and a damn important one. Three years ago naruto brought him back after sasuke took out Danzo. Tsunade somehow recovered her chakra and was able to restore herself to new. Seeing how sasuke was willing to come back and naruto wanted it she let off the hook with two years house arrest, and it wasnt until this year that he was able to do missions. Sasuke was now an anbu captain with his own squad that consisted of his second in command suigetsu (same one), and some other anbu.
Shaking off his thoughts, naruto quickly got ready dressing in his newest attire.
He wore clothing that looked much like sasukes when he joined orochimaru, but instead of a white top it was orange. Instead of showing his chest he wore an black under shirt. His pants were a medium gray and the covering over them was black. He wore black ninja shoes with orange metal ankle plates attached. He didnt have his konoha nin hiate-ate headband because he held the toad contract so he used that. He tied his headband and looked in the corner at his two swords. "I won't need them," and with that said he looked at his clock on the wall. "Shit, lookes like i'll have a short breakfast." He locked his door and ran to ichiraku's on the way there he took note on how hot it was. It was that kind of heat that made you feel like your bones would melt and your skin would drop like a sack of potatoes. Looking up he saw his favorite pink haired friend making it there at the same time.
Today she decided it would be best to join him since they were going to the village gate together. "Hello sakura you look good today as usual," naruto said giving her a grin. Because he was ninteen and they were close friends he decided to drop the chan because she knew how much he respected her. They sat down and ate, while naruto contrained himself from eating the whole damn stand.
When they got to the gate they saw sasuke in anbu attire contructing his team and pumping them up. He noticed naruto and sakura and started to make his way towards them. "Hey guys whats up?" Over the years he started to open up and talk alot more. "Nothing much, came to wish you luck," naruto said smiling at him. Sasuke gave him a smirk because indeed he needed all the luck he could get because he was going on a classified ss-mission (yes,ss-mission). His mission was to gather a squad and infiltrate the new akatsuki base to gather ther plans. (Pein is still alive by the way) It was a dangerous mission and it was probaly impossible to get away without any casualties. Sasuke then nodded to them and said his good bye's. He, suigetsu, and two other hand picked anbu left to there journey.
Meanwhile at the akatsuki base madara sat on his throne talking to someone.
"There coming for you what will you do,hm?" madara stated
"Hunger" the person or thing stated from the shadows.
"Don't worry soon you will be able to feed my old friend," madara replied slightly amused.
"Soon"
