A/N: not sure if it worked out but I liked the song so decided to give it a try. Tell me what you think please!
Booth and Brennan were interviewing one of their suspects until he totally freaked. Brennan said he probably killed his sister, because the evidence pointed out that that was the most logic conclusion. Booth already knew what was coming now.
"You freaking bitch! I did not kill my sister you hear me! I did not hurt her! You probably suck at your job and have a miserable life you ugly whore but I did NOT kill my baby sister!"
Booth looked at Brennan, she just stared at the man in front of her and then stood up and walked away.
"Bones" He called after her but she just kept walking.
Brennan walked out of the room and just kept walking. Then she got into the toilet room and stood in front of the mirror. 'Fine now I'm crying.' She thought. 'I am supposed to be the stronger one' She wiped away her tears and thought about the time she had spend at foster homes, one of the good ones. There she spend most of her time with a girl who was about her age.
Flashback
Two girls are sitting against a tree in a backyard. One of them sighted.
"What's wrong?"
"The kids at my school always bully me and call me names, tell me I'm on my own. But I don't dare to do anything about it. They are right I am alone."
"You know?" The other said "We have each other and do you know what my mum did when I was feeling unhappy?" She smiled at the kid "She would sing and it helps! Wanna try?"
The kid nodded her head and smiled. Then they started singing their voices filling the backyard.
End Flashback
She looked up at herself in the mirror. 'Maby it's time to follow my own advice.' That's when she started singing. The soft lyrics filled the toilet room.

Looking at herself again she smiled. A happy memory and a chorus was just what she needed. She walked out off the room and returned to the interrogation room. She smiled to Booth who gave her a strange look. 'Was that the upset woman who left 5 minutes ago?'
Brennan sat down again in front of the suspect and she could get him so far that he broke out of his innocent cover and confessed.
Brennan left the room and saw Booth following her.
"Are you OK?"
She sighed.
"Yeah.. I think I am." She said smiling.
