This is my new series! I am really excited, because I wrote simething like this when I was younger, but now I am re-writing it! So, I hope you enjoy!

There are key children, on the island of Castanet. They once saved the Island from peril, and saved everyone. I am one of them. My name is Angie, and I'll introduce me, and my friends to you.

First of all, me. I am a little shy, but not as much as my mom. I have short, purple hair, and blue eyes. I am the daughter to Julius, and Candace. I am a little reserved, and less cheerful.

My best friend Dakota, is very cheerful, so you'd think we wouldn't click, but we are more close than me and dad are! Dakota has orange hair, that she wears in two short pigtails. She has purple eye, and is so awesome! We have been together since we were babies.

I'll explain everyone else later. Let's begin this story!

It started on a rainy day, that was at first an ordinary day for me and Dakota.

We live very close together, so we always walk to school together. After I finished my breakfast, I got up, and grabbed my book bag, and started to prepare for another day of fourth grade.

"Do you have everything?" My mother said, washing the dishes from breakfast.

"Yup!" I said. My father was glaring at the newspaper. My father and Mom have been arguing, so things have been pretty tense.

"Bye honey!" My mom called as I walked out the door.

I walked to Dakota's house, and knocked on her door. She answered.

"Hey!" She said. Then, she turned and yelled to her parents. "Bye Mom! Bye Dad!"

We walked from the house, and we started chatting, as we normally do.

"How are you Angie?" She said.

"Good...Mom and Dad are still argueing..." I replied. We normally just chatter, about various unimportant things.

"Dang! I'm sorry!" Dakota said, but I could see that she felt bad, because her parent rarely fought like my parents do.

"Anyways..." I said, getting off the subject. We barely talked for the rest of the walk.

We walked up the front steps and inside. We took our normal places. Dakota was in the front, and we were lucky enough to be sat next to each other.

"Well, let's begin." Mr. Gill began his lecture.

I tyres to pay attention, but as usual, Vivian was bugging me.

Vivian is Mr. Gill's and Luna's daughter. She has long light blonde hair, and brown eyes. She is the school bully, and always picks on me and Dakota.

"Hey, Loser." Vivian whispered quietly, loud enough for me to hear, but not loud enough for Gill to hear.

"Please be quiet. I am trying to pay attention." I said. She ignored my reply.

"Haha! You are so dumb! I can't believe you even come to school!" She said.

"Clearly I'm not dumb, because no matter what, I keep trying." I said.

"Whatever. You'll never be as smart, or as pretty as me!" Vivian said.

"Who is talking?" Gill said, turned to the class. "Whoever it is, you need to stop, now." He turned back around, and continued.

As you can see, my life is pretty basic.

After school, Dakota and I walked home, as we usually do.

"Ugh. Vivian was horrible today." Dakota said.

"Yeah. I wish she would just leave us alone." I said.

"Vivian tried my cookies in Culinary, and said they tasted like rubber! But they didn't!" Dakota said. She was hurt whenever someone didn't like her cooking.

"She was so rude during her father's lecture! I mean seriously! It's her dad!" I said.

"Whatever. At least today is Friday! So no Vivian for two days!" Dakota said, finally smiling. We came to the road, where we parted ways.

"Bye Angie!"

"Bye Dakota!"

I walked to my house, and opened the door. I was greeted with...
