This is my first Pong fanfic. I'm trying to see how I can write at a topic
I chose randomly. Im interested in seeing how much everyone enjoys this.

Pong Rx
"Game start."
That was the phrase that drove us on, now.
"Game start."
Everyone on Reem knew that phrase. How it began, that was still a mystery.
"Game start."
The phrase was, for us, now our will to live. Whenever someone heard that robotic female voice say ' Game start,' it was known that two opponents were playing Pong. Us, Reem-Colonists, lived to play Pong. We came from Earth, Terra, but that was the past. The history. Earth had Pong, sure, but nothing like Atari's new Pong. Reem crystals, named Zixquor Crystals, supplied the power and mirroring to generate such holographic images. Nowhere else could one BE the Pong paddle, and nowhere else could Pong be full 3-Dimensional. Why were we hooked? We didn't know. You would be, too. Let me fill you in on the history.
2012 - NASA discovers livable planet. 2020 - Plans for shuttles and colonists begins. 2023 - Planet named Terra 2.0. 2040 - Atari decides to go, too. 2050 - Shuttles leave Earth, twenty-two-year journey commences. 2068 - Fuel leak in 3 shuttles, one crashes. 2070 - Fuel leaks out, colonists land on unidentified planet. 2070, 3 months later - Colonists name planet "Reem". 2075 - Russian scientist, Hurgendaz Frix discovers crystals unknown to Terra.
2078 - Frix names crystals "Zixquor Crystals". 2080 - Atari designs "Pong 2080". 2081 - Atari changes name of game to "Pong rX", due to colonist revolt. 2082 - Atari opens Pong rX to the public. 2083 - Republic of Reem constructs first PrX Court. 2085 - Republic of Reem becomes hooked on PrX.
That's the history. Now we live for the thrill. The thrill of Pong rX.
Pong rX is basically this: Two opponents strap into the vests and put on the gear (helmet, gloves, boots). The opponents then enter the court. Inside the court, the vests project a bright white beam, with the crystals. Both opponents put on the helmets and turn them on, focusing the beams into a paddle-shape. When the Announcer's voice says "Game start," a white ball materializes in the center of the court. The ball speeds in a random direction, and the opponents/players/paddles must stop the ball from zipping past them and hitting the ball behind them by using the ropes hanging from the ceiling, bars on all six sides, and their muscles. This continues for the three-hour game time. By that time, whoever has the most points wins the game, and the loser gets one more taste of the thrill. During the time period from 2085 to the present of 2157 (present day), Atari has made thirty-three upgrades. For $20 extra, you can play in null- gravity (Null-G). For $30 extra you can play with multiple players (teams). For $10 extra, you can play against the computer for training.
No one knew how Pong rX worked. No one dared to find out. Until one man. A man who was a Pong rX champion. A man with courage. This man's name was Katosho.
