I wrote this in about 5 minutes so if it's no good, sorry. :/

Don't own, don't sue.

He's not really sure what's going on. The last thing he remembered was telling Avery to get Sophia. How he ended up in the on call room is a mystery, and why the hospital seems to be deserted is another one.

He wanders around the waiting room and looks in a few patient rooms before sitting down and putting his head in his hands. He's dreaming, that has to be it, he's dreaming and needs to wake up. If he can just wake up he'll be ok.

He feels a touch on his arm and looks up, surprised, to see Lexie sitting beside him. "You're not dreaming Mark, I really wish you were, but this is real."

Mark looks around the room before turning back to her, "Are we dead?" he asks.

Lexie nods and gives him a sad smile. "Yeah, we are. I'm so sorry you didn't get to see her again, I know how much she means to you."

All at once everything came flooding back to him; the crash, the pain, losing Lexie, making the will. Callie sitting by his bed for weeks while he willed himself to either wake up or die, so he could see one of his girls.

"Where are we?" he finally asks after sitting in silence and working through the memories.

"Heaven." Lexie said.

Mark laughs out loud at that. "The hospital? This is heaven?"

Lexie smiles. "A little piece of it. I thought you might be more comfortable here to start with. This has been your home for a while now, and this is where we met."

Mark reaches out and touches her face and runs a hand down her arm and holds onto her hand. "I love you, so much." He says and she smiles. "I wish I had told you that sooner."

Lexie shakes her head, still smiling. "It doesn't matter anymore. If you want, we can be together now." She says. "We have plenty of time now."

Mark smiles and leans over to press his lips to hers, and knows that it doesn't matter where he's at, because this right here, Lexie, is all the Heaven he needs.

I miss Mark, he was always my favorite and I think that one of the saddest things from the whole show was him not getting to see Sophia one last time, so I wanted Lexie to kinda touch on that a little.

I hope you like it, I hope it wasn't too cheesy, but just the right amount :)

Thanks for reading and remember...reviews make you AWESOME!
