Can Naruto accomplish what he failed to do the first time...?

I have never been a very good writer so I thought I would put up a story idea and see where it goes from there. If you have an interest in creating the story let me know so I can link it. I also have the challenge posted on my profile. I will also list the authors who take up the challenge.

Naruto Challenge:

Given a second chance after failing to kill Sasuke, Kabuto, and Madara. Naruto is reborn with all the knowledge he gained from his previous life. This time thru life; Naruto will be serious about his training. Serious/strong Naruto. Small yet mature harem. No more than 4 women.
