THE VANISHING WING

I'm sorry for writing a third disappearing story about Flame, but by my count her tail has disappeared twice and her wing once due to the animators being choppy. Once is understandable, but three times with the same character is almost like Bimmy and Jimmy to me on Double Dragon 3. (Which is fitting because Flame is a dragon and this vanishing thing happened three times)

This will be a sequel to the Vanishing Tails

Princess Flame was flying back to Camelhot after her meeting with Vegeta and Zhuqiaomon.

All of a sudden, she felt like she was losing altitude. She tried flapping her wings faster, and realized her right wing was missing.

Flame touched down on the ground as quickly as she could. She saw a shadowy figure sneak around behind a rock.

"Could this be that Dimentio trickster I've heard so much about?" said Flame. She wanted to go get Flicker, but was still a great distance from Camelhot. So she snuck off after Dimentio. Dimentio turned around.

"Salutations, Princess Flame! I have been waiting to steal your ta…"

Flame blasted him with her fiery breath and he fell to the ground.

"What was that for?" said Dimentio. "I didn't even do anything?"

"You're even better at magic than Merle the Wizard," said Flame. "Did you make my wing disappear?"

"Wing?" said Dimentio. "I only make furries' tails disappear.

"Did you put De La Porta up to this at the Land of the Sovereign?"

"Land of the… Wait, why am I even having this conversation! I should just be running now."

Flame threw Dimentio away. He landed in the forest where three hungry lions, five hungry tigers, and four hungry bears cornered him.

"Well if it wasn't Dimentio then who was it?" said Flame. She turned around and saw an exact replica of herself. Both of them jumped. The impostor turned into a Duplighost with a party hat.

"My name is Doopliss!" he said. "And I believe that it was not magic that made your wing disappear, but science. A mad scientist lives in the lab at Lake Hylia. Word is he imprisoned the doctor who works there."

Fawful was performing experiments. "Now with this wing of the dragon that I did the stealing from the princess, I will do the transformation to dragon and pour mustard of doom all over the world that is pathetic!"

The door opened and Flame walked up to him.

"Who are you?" said Fawful. He ran in front of Flame's wing to hide it, but Flame had already seen it. She breathed fire at Fawful, scorching him, and released the doctor. He cryogenically froze the weakened Fawful and placed him in his freezer. Then he used Fawful's wing removal gun to reattach Flame's wing, and she resumed the trip back to Camelhot.
