Disclaimer: The characters from Special Victims Unit are not mine. I'm just twisting some emotions within them.
Author's Note: My first SVU Poetry Fic. I'd love a few reviews at the end!
Time flew around her.
He wished every day to stay later, just to be near her.
He wished he could be by her side forever.
Always and forever.
It wasn't that he didn't want to go home.
He loved being there whenever he could.
Still, their was something about his partner that he couldn't let go of.
There was something that pulled him in.
He has studied her movements before.
The ways she moved, and how she handled things.
How she spoke, and how she reacted.
It was all so fascinating to him.
There was one thing he knew wouldn't fascinate her.
It would more like scare the living hell out of her if she knew.
If she ever found out just how far his fascination took him.
The lengths that he went to be near her.
It wasn't intentional at first.
He just found himself driving by her house one night, and he stopped the car.
It was freezing outside, and he stayed where he was.
He just watched her apartment, like a vulture.
It had turned into something that he hadn't meant to have a part in.
It had become an obsession.
He didn't like to think of himself as a stalker, but that was what it had become.
He followed her home every night, sometimes never leaving.
He was trying desperately hard to stop.
To him, it was like letting go of a dangerous substance.
It was like stopping a drinking problem.
It really was dropping an addiction to a drug.
His thoughts would continue, he knew that.
They would go into the day.
They would hide in the back of his mind while he worked.
They would never go away, and would be revived later in the night.
Time flew around her.
He wished that she would stay, just to be near him.
He wished he could be by her side forever.
Always and forever.
Author's Note: So, who is it? Who is he? Put who you think in your review. I warn you, though, that you might be surprised!
