I haven't written many song fics in my time, but I heard this song on the radio and then the plot bunnies began attacking. So I had to write this. I don't really like the parings that much, but oh well, I'll deal.
Disclaimer: I do not own Harry Potter, no matter how much I wish I did. I don't own the song either.

Severus sat alone in a muggle bar. Today was the day Lily Evans became Lily Potter. He didn't go to the wedding, he wasn't invited, but he wouldn't have gone even if he was. Why would he. The girl he had loved since he was young had just gotten married to the guy that made his life a living hell all though school.
He tossed back another shot. He had already had five, and he was dead set on having another.
He watched as a man got up onto the stage and announced karaoke was now open.
"What the hell." Severus thought to himself. "I need something to get my mind off of her, and alcohol sure as hell isn't working."
He told the manager as song and grabbed the microphone.
He stared out into the small crowd as the introduction started playing.
"He wore that cowboy hat to cover up his horns. Sweet-talkin' forked tongue haf a temptin' charm. Before I turned around, that girl was gone. All I can say is: "Bartender, pour me somethin' strong." He sang.
Memories of Lily flouted into his mind. His sadness was replaced by anger.
"Here's to the
past, they can kiss my glass. I hope she's happy with him. Here's to
the girl, who wrecked my world, That angel who did me in. I think the
devil drives a Coupe de Ville. I watched 'em drive away over the
hill, Not against her will, an' I've got time to kill,
Down in
Brokenheartsville."
He began to sway along with the music, to drunk to care if he looked foolish.
"It was long on chrome, sittin' in the lot. An' fire engine red, that thing was hot. He revved it up, she waved goodbye. Well, love's gone to hell and so have I."
The anger faded into a smart ass happiness.
"Here's to the
past, they can kiss my glass. I hope she's happy with him. Here's to
the girl, who wrecked my world, That angel who did me in. I think the
devil drives a Coupe de Ville. I watched 'em drive away over the
hill, Not against her will, an' I've got time to kill,
Down in
Brokenheartsville."
Severus laughed to himself as the instrumental break played. Once it was over the belted out with all his soul.
"Here's to the
past, they can kiss my glass. I hope she's happy with him. Here's to
the girl, who wrecked my world, That angel who did me in. I think the
devil drives a Coupe de Ville. I watched 'em drive away over the
hill, Not against her will, an' I've got time to kill,
Down in
Brokenheartsville."
The song ended and everyone cheered. Severus went back to his bar stool and continued to drink away the memory of the one he once loved.
