JJ laid in bed waiting for her fantastic boyfriend to get back from the office. He had been called into a meeting and it was going to be a long one she thought. The blonde girl was almost asleep when she heard the door open and keys landing on the table. She smiled but didn't get out of Hotchner came into the bedroom and took off his jacket and tie. He smiled at her and asked JJ about her night while continuing to change into a pajama bottoms. He laid down and pulled her close to him.
JJ smiled and laid her head on his chest. "How were your meetings?" She asked. She already knew the answer. Boring.
"Long and boring "He groaned. He kissed the top of her head. " I'm sorry I had to go. I haven't been able to see you in what feels like forever"
JJ laughed again. "Sweetie I see you everyday at work" she pointed out.
"Yeah but I can't kiss you or hug or or even think about you. Can't we tell the team? Its been 10 months of hiding it from them ' he asked.
" babe we can tell them but I need to talk to you first" she sat up and looked in his eyes "I'm...we.. Well Hotch... Aaron. We are going to" JJ looked in her lap nervously "have a baby" she finished. Hotch didn't say anything. "Unless you don't want to. I understand I will be fine without" she was interrupted by his lips crashing into hers.
"Of course I want a baby. When did you find out? " he asked after kissing her.
She looked down again. "Two weeks ago. I wanted to tell you but I didn't know how " tears flooded down her face
"JJ you are fine. I understand. And I am so excited to be able be a father of your child" he kissed her again. And laid back down. "Let's go to sleep" he said pulling her close, resting a hand on her stomach.
JJ smiled, knowing that as long as she had Hotch she would be perfectly fine. She closed her eyes and let sleep take over her body.
