AN: I've been working on some non fan-stuff lately, and I haven't written any fanfiction in foreevvver D: So I figured I'd write a little drabble the other night during math class :3

"Dude.."
"Yeah?"
"Dude, no seriously man..."
"Moony, are you ok?"
"Pad's, no, really. Really. Look at it, Pads... It's staring."
"Lupin."
"Hmm?"
"That innocent house plant is not staring."
"What, no, that's not a plant."
"Yes, Moony. Yes, it is."
Silence dawned, awkward for one, blissful for the other.
"Sirius."
"For God's sake, Lupin, the the table isn't staring at you, either."
Remus looked hurt. "Wasn't gonna say that."
"Then what?"
"Love you, Pads."
"You're high as a kite, Moony."
"Yeah," Remus paused. "Doesn't change anything, though."
Sirius leaned back in his chair and looked at his friend, who was glaring at the plant. He sighed, and smiled a little, because somethings in life were just that simple.
