The scouts have been nearly defeated. Catzi of the Four Sisters of Nemesis stares into Usagi's face, and spits in it. The others cringe. "You aren't even strong enough to be called wimpy scouts," she remarked.
Suddenly out of the blue, Regis Philbin sneaks in behind a tree near Venus and Mars. Noticing, Minako says, "Regis! Do something!"
Regis looks at the lovely Venus and says, "I will do what I can."
He walked out into the open. Catzi was confused and intimidated at the sight of ABC's Who Wants to be a Millionaire host.
Rei grumbled. "He said he'd do something, I had no idea he would go out and surrender to the enemy." She shook her head.
Jupiter replied a few feet away on the ground, "I think Regis knows what he's doing." They returned their attention to Catzi and Regis.
"Well little man, what do you want? Aren't you a bit far away from home?" Catzi rasped.
Regis retorted, "I'm where I need to be. And this (holding out a power stick similar to the Scouts') is my final answer. REGIS CRYSTAL POWER!!"
"?!?!!" said Minako. "He's a Sailor Scout?!"
Yes Regis was, transformed before their eyes he became she, and she was....
"Sailor Regis??" Jupiter flipped.
She nodded. Turning to Catzi Regis said, "I am Sailor Regis, champion of game shows, and on behalf of ABC I shall punish you!"
Usagi gagged at the speech. She thought hers was more original.
Catzi stared at the new Sailor. Then she burst out laughing.
"What's so funny?" Sailor Regis asked.
Catzi was on the floor laughing. "Sailor...Regis..." she laughed out.
She frowned. This was not working out as she/he planned.
Slowly but surely Moon-face got up. And aimed her scepter at Catzi.
"The game's over, Nega-tart," she declared. "And that's my final answer!"
Catzi looked to her. She was in the middle of Regis and Sailormoon. There was no escape. "I'd like to use a lifeline. . ." she said.
"They're all used up!" she replied. "So, let's play. . .who wants to be Moondusted! MOON SCEPTER ACTIVATION!!"
Catzi screamed in horror as she faded away.
Usagi rushed to Regis, who had changed back to a guy again. "All I did was make a fool out of myself," he said sadly.
Usagi put her hand on his shoulder. "Hey, you made a good diversion. And the lines are always open here at the Sailor Scout team."
Regis smiled and walked down the street with Usagi, forgetting the others were there. "Usagi, do you want to be a millionaire? I think I can make room in the hotseat for you."
Usagi screeched, "DO I!!!"
