The baby Tigrex clawed at the sand, hoping to find some scraps of food left behind by other monsters. It gave up after a few minutes of fruitless results. The Tigrex crawled back towards the cave in the side of a mountain, unaware of the eyes searching for it.
"Finally," Luke said. He turned to his fellow hunter, Jasmine. "You want to do the honors?" Jasmine blew a strand of hair out of her eyes, "As long as we kill it, I don't give a **** ." "Go wash your dirty mouth with some soap, young lady," Luke said as they started to walk towards the cave. Luke stopped Jasmine as a full grown Tigrex came out of the cave. "Oh crap. We just had to pick this quest," Jasmine yelled at Luke and not 1 but 2 Tigrexs ran after them. "How was I suppose to know that there was gonna be a mom and a dad waiting for us? It wasn't in the ****ing description," Luke stopped running and threw a flash bomb. Jasmine started to set a shock trap. Luke pulled out his weapon that he had brought with him. It was his favorite, Supremacy Blade. He managed to hack off a tail before they come out of their daze and they looked mean. "Ah Jaz, how's shock trap coming?" Luke called nervously. "One's done but I need some time before the second one's done," she wiped the sweat that had formed off her forehead.
Luke turned and threw himself at the ground behind the shock trap. "Done!" Jasmine yelled. She got up and pulled out her bow: Queen Blaster II. She managed to get in a few shots before she had to run for cover. Then she turned and found two Tigrex paralyzed on the traps. "Trang Bombs!" Jasmine ordered. They both managed to hit each Tigrex with 2 bombs each before they fell asleep. "Come on," Jasmine beckoned Luke to go to the cave.
He picked up the little Tigrex. He could see his own reflection in it's wide, terror filled eyes. Blood splattered the cave walls as Luke removed his blade from the Tigrex's neck. "Sorry little guy," he said as the baby monster stopped moving. He felt Jasmine put her hand on his shoulder. He turned around and got a surprise. She wasn't looking at him as he expected but was expecting a burn mark in the wall.
"Tigrexs can't breath fire, so what made this?" she asked Luke. "You can ask the guild when we get back to Pokke Village. They managed to get the Tigrexs onto the carts though it was hard. You try to lift a monster weighing about 2 tons while wearing armor. After a day's hard work, they both started the long journey home.
Me: Wow that was short.
Jasmine: Why did you put me in this?
Me: I am really evil sometimes.
Jasmine: Better watch your back mister. Or you might find yourself as lunch.
