Present,Past,and Chatalia

Deep in woods of New York was a thin gravel road which led to a large brick apartment building that seemed to be 40 stories tall. the large building towered over the old oak trees, fire escapes spread across the back a large pair of double doors sat when pushed open it would reveal a elegant lobby. large windows and comfortable couches spread around but in the corner sat a large black grand piano with the top closed its legs unseen because covered by a black curtain/cover of sorts.

when you stepped on the piano bench and opened the top of the grand piano it would reveal a silver staircase spiraling below. if you traveled down to the floor below you would see the one and only bar, The Five Past Three.

Cinco, The bartender would be behind the counter mixing up martinis, pushing glass coke bottles down the end, smiling and laughing at the conversations some of the customers had.

In The Five Past Three Cassy stirred her Shirley Temple boredly, being only thirteen and inside a bar wasn't much fun because the age limit. plus, all the stale bread people of the chat were talking about politics or something!"I'm supposed to be reading about the revolutionary war, but they say 1776 alot of stuff happened that year. like Common Sense! I love Thomas Paine his work is genius!" Cinco the bartender said. Cassy was confused who the heck was Thomas Paine, a thought of a wrestler saying "HERE COMES THE PAINE!" came to her mind, she dismissed it Cinco didn't like wrestling. Then She asked the stupidest question possible at the moment.

"Cinco, whose Thomas Paine?" Cassy asked naively.

"Cassy... you don't know who Thomas Paine is..." Cinco said her eyebrow twitching

"is he the priest who predicted the rapture?" Cassy asked questionably before feeling a immense pain and hearing the sound of "SMACK!" and seeing cincos hand over her head.

"NO. CASSY DID YOU EVER TAKE HISTORY? REVOLUTIONARY WAR, CIVIL WAR, GETTYSBURG ADDRESS, MONROE DOCTORINE?" she yelled

"Whats the Monroe Doctorine?" Cassy said before feeling another whack of cincos hand. "ow...ow... Can you stop slapping me?" Cassy whined.

Cinco sprinted to the painting of a Alpaca in the corner of the room she threw the painting off the wall, a keyboard layed behind it. cinco pressed the B chord and a key popped open revealing a small pocketwatch. Cinco pressed the button on top to time and a bright light illuminated from the watch.

"You know what they say Cassy, if you don't learn your history then your doomed to repeat it." said Cinco before everything faded to white.
