Lenalee blushed and averted her eyes, fighting off the urge to beat her head into her clipboard and the even stronger urge to beat her dear-older-brother over the head with it. Two amazingly sexy guys where standing behind them and he had to act like this? How embarrassing.
She felt the slight need to cry when she heard Reever explain to the two male exorcists the reason behind his actions. Not only was her brother a lazy slack-off, but he was a stupid (for a genius) lazy slack-off. The embarrassment just kept coming.
She felt Allen's eyes on her and snuck a look over her shoulder, the look in his eyes was sympathetic and the tiniest bit envious, a brief peak at the clipboard in hand-which currently held a few notes on Allen that was sent along with General Cross's letter-indicated that Allen's only family had died three years prior, and she understood, she understood the loneliness of being without the person who you love most and who loves you too.
For a moment she smiled, stupid embarrassing brother he may be, but Komui was still her brother and her most beloved person.
