So here's REAL shorty lol. I wrote this a while ago. It seemed longer on LJ lol. But anyway, enjoy, and PLEASE review, they make me smile :D
It's raining outside. You've been holed up inside your room all day, ignoring Dianna and Eddie's pleas for you to come down and at least eat something. But you won't listen to them. You won't listen to Maddie either; poor Maddie, who only wants to see her older sister's smile.
You've been crying the whole time. Crying and playing your guitar. It was a fight, you're first fight with Selena, that was all you let anyone in the house know. But you wouldn't let yourself be consoled or talked to, not even by your big sister.
When the doorbell rings, you race down the stairs, screaming out, "I've got it!" before anyone else can move to answer it. You open the door and she's there, her hair stuck to her forehead and her mascara washed off, just like yours. Both of you are crying. You stand there and stare at her for a moment, and she does the same to you, before you both blurt out at the same time, "I'm so sorry!" and then your lips meet and your bodies are wrapped around each other as you mumble your I Love You's and I'm Sorry's and Never Again's.
And all I can do is watch. Watch as the seventeen-year-old woman I love gets snatched away from me again. Watch as my heart breaks for the last time. Never again, indeed.
