"Yeah. Why?"
"I'm so glad…"
"What?"
"Glad that you didn't sleep with him."
"How do you know I didn't?"
"I just know."

"Goren, do you remember when you re-opened Joe's murder investigation?"
"…"
"Goren?"
"Yeah…"
"Remember how mad I was?"
"Yeah."
"I wasn't mad because of that."
"Hmmph."
"Well, not mostly. I was mad because I realised in that moment that at some point I'd given myself to you, and that made me furious."
"And?"
"And… I hate surprises."
