It had been going on for a while now.

Ever since Kid Flash had stopped that museum raid, his relationship with Jinx had been growing stronger. Eventually it came to the point where they would sometimes sneak into each other's bedrooms at night, just to talk about stuff.

And such was happening where we begin this story.

They had been talking for about two hours about the previous day. Jinx had to admit that not much of it was very interesting, so she decided to liven it up a little. "I just read in the most recent issue of Modern Magicgirls Monthly Magazine that one of the best ways to strengthen our relationship is to reveal secrets that we've never told anyone before."

"I guess that'd be something to do," Kid Flash said.

"You go first," she said.

He paused for a second, and then went slightly pale.

"Don't tell me you've never done this before," She said jokingly. "Just say anything, like… your real first name."

"That's what I'm afraid of," he said.

"Come on, it can't be that bad. I mean, Jinx is the name I was born with, but I let it out! Just say it. You'll feel better," she protested.

"Okay," he paused, took a deep breath and whispered, "Wally."

"Wally?"

"Wally."

She stayed quiet for a full five seconds, and then burst out laughing.

"Oh, THANK you," he said bitterly. "This is why I didn't want to tell you, okay?"

"Don't worry, I won't tell anyone. I promise," she said after she had recovered.

"You'd better not," he said. "It'd sure suck if some cute fan posted that information on a website dedicated to fanfiction or something like that."

"Oh Wally, you're being paranoid. What are the odds of that happening?" she said.

"Don't. Ever. Use. My. Name. Again. Got it?" he said.

"All right then," she said. "It's my turn. My secret is that my father is one of the most insane villains any kid with too much free time, no offence, has ever read about."

"None taken. And who is he?"

"Oh, I'll never tell," She said, acting cute.

"Well," he said, "does he ever call or anything?"

"No," she replied. "He doesn't even know he has a daughter."

"That's sad," he said.

"It's nothing really," she said. She then looked at the clock. It was 1:00 am. "It's late," he said. "We should get to bed."

"You're right," he said.

Jinx stood up and went toward the door. She heard a soft thud behind her, and turned around. Kid Flash was already fast asleep, almost completely silent.

She went back over to his bedside. She had never seen him sleeping before. Unlike most of the time, right now his breathing was slow and steady. His face was peaceful, as if they had never had that conversation. He looked so beautiful. She almost didn't want to leave his room.

But she also knew that if she stayed for too long she might become too attached.

Slowly, she went back to the door and left.

Soo, what do you think of it? Is it awesome? Terrible? Moderate? If you don't review it, I'll have to kill you. Just kidding!
