Her eyes shot open, she shot up and she looked as if someone had just shot her. Hermione Granger looked next to her and smiled, relief flooding through her. Everything was fine, she wasn't hurt and unlike in her nightmare her fiancé was perfectly healthy and alive. In fact Ron Weasley seemed to be having a very good dream.

He had that grin on his face and was whispering the sweet nothings he usually told her, in his sleep. Hermione had discovered he only talked in his sleep when he was having a really good dream or a horrible nightmare. All this was learned in the last few months from living with him. Unlike Harry she'd refused to move into the Weasley house despite both of them being engaged to a Weasley sibling.

She'd insisted that her and Ron move in together, she'd further insisted on living in a muggle neighborhood. The idea slightly fascinated Mr. Weasley so he helped bring Mrs. Weasley around to the idea.

Said mother defiantly wouldn't approve of them sleeping in the same bed before marriage. And she really wouldn't approve what they'd done in almost every room of their tiny house to make the week they'd officially moved in. For once Hermione didn't care about the approval Ron's parents or about being considered a normal couple.

She thought it was perfectly fine, normal even to move in together and do everything a couple in love would do, a lot. As a muggle-born she had her own way of doing things and was starting to care less and less what the normal thing in the wizarding world was. Plus, she and Ron's relationship had never exactly been normal since forth year at Hogwarts. It didn't matter; all that mattered was she had him and he had her.

Suddenly Ron moaned loudly and mumbled something that sounded a lot like "Oh, Mione!"

The brunette couldn't help but let out a giggle as a blush filled her cheeks. If this dream was what she thought it was, he'd be awake in a few minutes too. Now almost wide awake, she didn't want to go back to sleep. Glancing at the clock she realized it was officially her wedding day. Normally on this day the bride and groom were not to see each other before their wedding. As Hermione ran her hands down Ron's bare chest, she decided to toss that tradition out the door and start her own wedding day out with a bang.
