"I guess that's that. The age of monsters is over. It spanned generations, and not just human generations. There were heroes, villains, lost souls, poor spirits… Now… all the monsters are gone. Can Earth really be the same? Ever since 1954, monsters either plagued or saved Earth. Can we really go back after a century of monsters?
"No. We'll never be the same. Not without saviors like Godzilla. Sure, he may have had a rough start, but in the end, he proved to be a friend rather than a foe. If he were never around, Earth would be in pieces. Perhaps… that bomb really was a good thing in the long run.
"Without Godzilla, Earth would have fallen faster than we made it out to be. Godzilla was a hero, and he proved that more than ever.
"Godzilla's Legacy will continue long past his death. I have high hopes that Earth will remain in peace for the rest of eternity. Even if we don't… perhaps a new monster will arise to kick us back into shape. One that is the same as Godzilla.
"Godzilla may die, but his Legacy won't. I know that now. I'll always know."
