Gohan and Videl were at Gohan's house working on their Chemistry homework.. Videl and Gohan would constantly quiz each other. Gohan would almost always get it right… Videl, not so much…
"UGH! I'm never gonna get this!" Videl cried as she threw her text book up in the air and lying back on the couch.
"Come on Videl, it's not hard when you think about it" said Gohan in an attempt to calm her down.
"Gohan, all this stuff just confuses me, it makes no sense"
"Come on, I'll help you. Show me which part confuses you"
Videl picked up her Chemistry book off the floor and gave it to Gohan. "Everything in there confuses me! Can't I just copy off yours?"
"But then you wouldn't learn anything"
"That's the idea"
Gohan sighed. Mr. Satan had told Gohan that he needed to help Videl focus on her studies or he and her couldn't be together. He then had an idea.
"Videl, if you promise me you'll focus on Chemistry, I'll show you something that will surely make you feel better"
"At this point I'll try anything…" Videl got up off the couch and she followed Gohan to his bedroom. She was amazed at how many books were on his shelves, no wonder Gohan was so smart.
"Alright, I have in my hand a picture I will give to you IF you do all your homework. I'm gonna show it to you but you can't have till after you're done"
"Yeah, yeah, just show me already" she said annoyingly.
Gohan held up a picture to Videl's face and when she saw what the picture was she burst into laughter and started rolling on the floor.
"I-IS THAT Y-YOU?" she asked in between laughs.
"Yep… now I'll let you have it if you finish all that homework" he replied blushing.
Videl rolled around and laughed for another few minutes before she finally stood up and walked back out with Gohan. In a matter of minutes she had finished all her Chemistry homework and had had Gohan check it. Everything was done to perfection.
"Wow Videl, even I can't get my homework done that quickly!" Gohan said with an amazed face.
"Alright I held up my end of the bargain, now you hold up yours" Videl held up her hand as if saying "Hand it over".
"Alright, here you are…" Gohan reluctantly gave her the picture and she began her laughing frenzy once again.
Several hours had passed before Videl calmed down and got ready to leave.
"Thanks Gohan, i never could have understood Chemistry if you hadn't inspired me" Videl said as she walked out the door.
"No prob, and can you please not show anyone else that picture, please?" Gohan begged.
"Are you nuts? This is way too good to keep secret! Later Gohan!" She said before flying up in the air. She suddenly turned around and flew back down to Videl. "And one more thing Gohan, next time, don't let your mother cut your hair" she said before taking off full speed away from Gohan's house.
"That was a really bad haircut…" Gohan said as he reminisced about his dorky haircut as a kid.
