I'll Never Leave (Gollum's Version)

This is something I wrote last night, before I went to bed(sound familiar?)! It's my poem "I'll Never Leave" but from Gollum/Smeagol's point of view. I think it's a tad on the creepy side myself.

Disclaimer: As always, I own nothing except my love for a furry little hobbit. All characters from Lord of the Rings belong to the Master, the Literary Master that is.

I'll Never Leave

I'll never leave you Master

For the Preciousss what you hold

We eats, we sleeps, we dreams, we breathes

That little band of gold

You're a nice Master yesss you are

I'll never leave your side

Unless you bid me "go on home"

Or unless I break your hide

But I promised! No I promised

On the Precious yesss I did

To lead you into Satan's gate

As from the eye you hid

But my precioussss, how it beckons me

To snatch your life away

But the Eye will find me! Torture yessss

So by your side I'll stay

I'll never leave you Master

For the Precious isss what you hold

And All We'll ever truly want

Is that little band of gold
