Yo yet another story that came to me when I was about to go to sleep

Kitsune Flare the Shodiame Kyukage of Bijugakure was visiting the Kirigakure because he was offered a treaty with this village 'Village of the bloody mist indeed, these civilians look like they could do better in the twenty-second level of hell' thought Flare sadly as he walked through to the Mizukage's building. Stopping he turned to see some Kiri shinobi attacking a little girl, "I'd suggest stopping that" said Flare as he walked up to them his eyes shut, "And you are?" asked one of the shinobi, "I would be the Kyukage" said Flare opening his eyes to the Kami-kitsune, "And your worst nightmare" the shinobi ran for their lives and Flare helped the girl, "There you go now be more careful, ok?" he asked nicely and the girl nodded.
The Mizukage sat in her office thinking about the treaty, 'the only reason the council told me to go through with this is because Konohagakure is allied with them...' she thought as she looked out the window to see the Kyukage walking into the building...
As Flare walked through the the building the shinobi looking at him in contempt because of his kekki genkai and he just smiled, "You really think those with kekki genkai are demons?" he asked them and then one of them nodded, "They aren't not anymore then you are, well bad example seeing as you are demons..." with that Flare walked into the office of the Mizukage. "Welcome to Kirigakure" the Mizukage said seeing the Kyukage walking in, "thanks though I wish it was alot kinder to it's people" said Flare and he sat down in a seat and smiled, "I am no threat so you don't need to hide from me kiri-ANBU" her was wide-eyed 'He saw through the genjutsu so easily?' she thought and she asked him about it, "You can't be one of the former Team Biju of Konoha if you can't noticed that simple genjutsu" answered Flare sadly.
Flare was walking to his hotel room thinking of the meeting:
Flash Back:
"I'm sorry Mizukage-san but I will not ally with your village the way it is" said Flare and Yousei looked sad, 'Damn well at least I don't have to say that I failed because of lack of experiance' said Yousei as she stood up, "I'm sorry you feel that way, feel free to spend the night here" she said
End Flash back
"Elli-hime, I miss you" said Flare to himself as he walked through Kirigakure, it had been 3 years since her death and he hadn't forgiven himself yet...
Flash Back:
Flare watched as Ellimere fell to the ground as he protected Kyuubi from the swarm of villagers and shinobi alike that wanted team biju's heads.
