"Grimmjow, kill me. You have to kill me, because I am NOT going to kill you." Aka Himatsu said.

"No. You mean too much to me. But, you have to kill me. There are people waiting for you back at home. I have nobody. Do it." He said, just standing there with his hands in his pocket.

"NO! I won't be able to! I'll kill myself after! I PROMISE YOU!!" She screamed.

He suddenly appeared in front of her, pulling her into a hug. It began pouring heavily, as did her tears. "I don't want you to leave me all alone! It'll be too hard for me! I-I won't have anyone either…"

"Listen, they're going to come soon, and if they see that we're both still alive, they'll kill me, and then arrest you or whatever. So just hurry up and do it. But first…"

Unknown to them, Soi Fon, The second division captain, was listening to their conversation. Her eyes widened at the following words spoken.

"I will always love you, and I will always stay with you… but you have to live on, for the both of us. I want you to live, find someone else and-" he was cut off by her slapping him.

"YOU THINK THAT I CAN FORGET YOU SO EASILY?!? I LOVE YOU! You are… my entire life! How am I supposed to forget you? How can I even THINK of another guy??" he sighed.

"Listen, when I die, I want you to stay healthy and happy. Live a good long life… understood?" She looked him in the eyes and something in them said what he was doing was right, so she granted his wishes, and quickly ran her blade through his heart, wishing she really didn't do so because she instantly felt immense pain in her heart as well. As he fell to the ground, he whispered, "I love you…"

Seeing his dead body caused her body to stop working and for her to fall down right beside him. She wanted to pierce her heart as well, but his words echoed in her mind. She did nothing but crawl up into a little ball beside him, crying softly.

Soi Fon immediately went to the Yamamoto-Soutaichō and told him the entire story. Aka was very dear to everyone in Soul Society, so this hurt the old captain too. "Bring her back here… I… want to see her condition…" Everyone could understand the way she was feeling by looking deep into her eyes. Soi Fon went back to see her in that same position, not moving one bit.

"Hey, Aka-Chan…" Only her eyes rolled to look at her. She was a broken piece of glass. Shattered into a million bits and pieces. Soi Fon realized she couldn't move so she quickly picked her up and flash stepped over to Yamamoto. Seeing her state, everyone gasped. Grimmjow's blood all over her, her eyes a blood red from all the crying, tear stains on her face, mixed with her lover's blood making it look like she was crying blood. Yamamoto was the first to speak.

"Aka Himatsu, I… I understand that you were in love with that arrancar, but we must all move on. He was the enemy."

"No, he's not. He wouldn't have told me everything there is to know about Los Noches. He wouldn't have really showed that he loved m-" She stopped suddenly, her eyes widening, hand at her chest, seeming as she was trying to breathe… Suddenly blood spurted out of her mouth. Everyone was instantly at her side. Everyone tried they're best, but the pain was too much for her heart to endure. She ended up having the worst death possible.

"Everyone mourned for day, weeks, some months, but her closest friends mourned for years. On her funeral day, even Byakuya Kuchiki cried. She taught us, that love was the most important thing, by having her fragile, young heart broken just days after it was born… Don't get in the way of true love.
