My first Nature Cat fanfic! I hope you enjoy reading it!
"How was that movie was saw today, guys?" asked Nature Cat, as he, Squeeks, Hal, and Daisy walked out of the theatre.
"It was great." said Daisy. "I could get all the information down on my tablet."
"I could almost get scared," said Squeeks. "I felt that I really needed to squeak."
"Me too," said Hal. "But you know, there's no such thing as monsters."
"Right." added Nature Cat.
While walking in the woods, they heard a rustling sound coming from the bushes. The four friends gasped.
"What was that?" asked Nature Cat.
Hal was scared. "Oh, I h-h-hope that's n-n-not a monster in the woods!" he whined.
"Hal, don't worry. There's no such thing as monsters, don't you remember?" said Daisy, trying to convince him.
Suddenly, there was a loud THUMP!
Everyone screamed and started to whimper. "What could it be?" asked Nature Cat, trembling.
"I think we better go see who it is." said Squeeks.
"Good thinking, Squeeks." said Daisy. "Let's make a run for it!"
Just as they started running, Ronald, Nature Cat's arch-enemy, jumped out and yelled.
"AAAAAAAGH!" Ronald screamed.
Everyone screamed at the sight of Ronald.
Ronald then laughed. "Gotcha!" he said.
"RONALD!" Nature Cat yelled.
[The Next Day]
"Oh, he makes me so mad!" Nature Cat said, talking about Ronald's prank from last night.
"How did he even figure out we were going to that movie?" asked Squeeks.
"He probably overheard us talking about it." he replied. "He's always listening in on stuff."
"Wow, I didn't even know that!" said Hal.
Daisy then stood up. "I've got a great idea! We should give Ronald payback!"
"That sounds like a plan!" said Nature Cat. "Tally-ho!"
Soon after getting everything set up, they've came up with the best thing to prank Ronald.
"Do you think this will work?" asked Nature Cat.
"I am absolutely 100% positive this will work." said Daisy.
"Me too," said Hal.
"Me three." said Squeeks.
Just as Ronald came out, the four friends let out and yelled "BOOOOOOOOO!"
Ronald screamed and ran away, tripping on a rock and falling into the river.
"I'll get you for this, Nature Cat!" Ronald yelled back.
"Oh yeah, you'll have to get me first!" said Nature Cat.
"Excellent job, Nature Cat!" Squeeks, Hal, and Daisy said.
"Why you're welcome everyone!" he said.
"Do you think we should go back to doing some exploring in nature now?" asked Hal.
"You bet!" said Nature Cat. "Onward, and yonward!"
The four friends then went back and continued their exploring around the woods to discover new things along the way.
They were no longer getting scared of Ronald.
