THE TRUTH OF HALLOWEEN!

Thoughts a brew In my mind on

A horrible night such as this very night,

A night where children dress up in different costumes

Of good, and bad creatures

As well as people, candy, fun, and laughter fill the

Silent air in the dead of night, but not for me. Sure I get dressed

Up for Halloween, but instead of hearing the lovely sounds

Of laughter, and music

I hear horrible noises of pain, fear, sadness, and sorrow

These all now replace those wonderful sounds of earlier in the day,

But as darkness comes upon the land

A new creature emerges in the cover of the night.

Not man, nor animal, screams are heard around the town

As he runs his butcher knife thru over again, the floors covered with a

Deep crimson red stain, the blood of many innocents spill everywhere.

With his butcher knife clutched tightly in his hand, he moves soundlessly thru the night

In search of more victims to shed their blood

Young, old, married, single, man, woman, boy, or girl

It matters not to him.

No one can stop him, not even his doctor

The night slowly goes by like time has stopped

And yet he continues on with the game of cat, and mouse

A very deadly, and dangerous one at that.

Many a time he tries to end his kid sister's life, but

His doctor is almost always there.

In the attic of my new house

We meet niece, and killer uncle finally meet face to face

He wears a sickly white Halloween mask to cover

His true face as I look up at him

I swore I saw tears of pain in his eyes

He's about to remove that mask, but the coffin

I'm sitting in moves, and causes him to get angry once

Again, this time, my young life is at stake, not with the devil,

But someone worse: My mother's killer brother.

Many years pass, and finally he dies

The truth of HALLOWEEN is based upon the Halloween movies of Michael Myers

Thru the eyes of Michaels' niece Jamie Lloyd
