Inuyasha sat on his usual perch in his tree overlooking the well, his eyes trained on it hoping She would come out of it. It had already been two and a half years since She had left. Shaking his head, he turned away from the well closing his eyes for a small nap. A scent hit his nose, his white dog ears swiveled trying to catch a sound for the scent. Jumping down from the tree he watched the bushes, a girl slightly shorter than he was stepped out from the shadows her long white hair swaying with the breeze, her white dog ears swiveling around on her head, his eyes widen with shock the young girl could be his identical twin except for her onyx eyes.
"Are you Inuyasha?" her honey rich voice made him tense up, she sounded similar to Sesshomaru's stoic voice, but with an innocent lilt to it. His hand reaches for his blade on his side his eyes narrowing at the girl.
"Who's asking?" his gruff voice causes her body language to change from calm to on edge, she put her hand on her blade at her side her canines showing in her mouth due to a toothy grin.
"I am Kaeri, leader of the cat demon tribe, and bastard child of the dog demon tribe of Inutaisho. My mother Maori and Inutaisho hoping to form an alliance and build a peaceful half demon tribe ruled by their child, an heir me. So Inuyasha I am your elder sister, younger than Sesshomaru." She bows to him a small grin gracing her face.
"Inuyasha? Inuyasha where are you?" turning their heads they look over at Sango and Miroku, who both stop and stare in shock at the two.
"How can there be two?" Sango whispers at Miroku, who now has a lecherous look on his face.
"Well that just means two for Lady Kagome when she returns." Inuyasha tenses looking back at them a pained look gracing his face.
"I don't think I am interested in this Kagome." Kaeri snips uncrossing her arms over chest glaring at Miroku.
"A woman Inuyasha? What is going on here?"
"I am Kaeri, Inuyasha's older sister." She smirks at Inuyasha then turns her back on the group. "I shall be back at first light." She takes off running into the forest. Inuyasha growls after her his eyes full of anger.
"Damn. I can't even go after her tonight, it's the night of the full moon." He punched a hole into the tree he had been sitting in, shoulders slumped and ears drooped he turns and makes his way back into the village.
"Poor Inuyasha." Sango whispers then turns looking after the girl. "If she is half cat and dog which one would she be on her weak day? Unless she becomes a human?" Sango heads back to Keade's hut. "Come on Miroku, let's go get the girls." Taking his hand, she leads him back to the village, Kaeri's words racing through her head, 'I am Kaeri, Inuyasha's older sister.' Why would she come here now? Why did his father produce another child? Why is this the first time they were hearing about her?'
