Lee was sparring with his teammate, Neji, when a comment made him stop dead in his tracks.
"Lee? What's on your face?"
Lee blinked at Neji.
"My…face?"
Lee wiped the sweat from his brow and realized something was missing.
"Oh no! Neji-san, I shall return, there is something I must take care of."
Neji had to brace himself because the wind of Lee running past him was enough to blow a small tree over.
Lee ran toward his cloaked target, finding him training with his own team. He quickly abducted the young man and brought him into a nearby tree, promptly dropping to his knees and begging.
"Shino-san! Please! You must fix them! I cannot be seen like this."
Lee was shamelessly crying and begging, pointing at his face.
Shino sighed. "If I fix it, will you let me train with my team?"
Lee sniffled. "Yes."
"Fine."
Shino bent down and talked to the two large caterpillars that were in residence on Lee's face. After a moment, the returned to their normal perches above Lee's eyes.
"Thank you Shino-san! May your flames of youth burn brightly!"
Lee took off, leaving Shino rubbing his temples for the migraine that was forming.
Neji was where Lee left him.
"So, Neji-san, where were we?"
Neji blanched.
