It was over. Not only had Touko defeated N but Ghetsis had been stopped as well. Now that Cheren and Alder had taken Ghetsis away all that remained were Touko and N. And N was already ready to go. Touko looked up at N sitting on his dragon, just like a hero. "N wait!" Touko cried, the tears falling down her face.

N stopped his dragon just before it lifted off into the air. "What Touko?" He asked surprised by the sudden halt. He had said all he needed to say. It was time for him to go.

"D-do you remember the ferris wheel?" Touko asked shyly.

N was rather surprised by that question. "Of course I do, that was when I felt we really met each other."

Touko nodded, "Me too, after that all I really wanted to do was learn more about. And I did, all our battles, every time we would meet up, I learned so much about you N, but I still want to learn more." Touko held her breath, then let it out before continuing, "That is why I want to go with you N. I would go anywhere with you."

N stared at Touko lost for words. Had she really just said that? Did she really mean she would go anywhere with him? True had had wanted to learn everything about the trainer but still he had not expected her to offer to come on his journey. "Touko, I…" He didn't know what to say, what could he say. His heart was pounding. "Touko I would be really happy if left here with me, but that would mean that would mean that we would leave right now, tonight, and I do not know where we would go. We would just be traveling."

Touko looked and smiled. "And you know what N, I would be okay with that." She was too. She wouldn't tell her mom, or Belle or even Cheren. No one would know that she was with N now; they would probably tell her that it was bad idea anyway.

N smiled back at Touko. "Alright then, give me your hand." Touko reached up to N and he took her hand and helped her onto the back of his dragon.

Touko gasped as the dragon shot into the air and wrapped her arms around N. N looked over his shoulder and smiled warmly at her. "Touko it's alright. Come on, don't look back your safe now."

Touko nodded and loosened her grip on N waist slightly. After a few minutes of flying Touko whispered. "N," He turned around again to look at Touko again, "I love you." And with those last words she said before she kissed him.

Neither of their lives would ever be the same again.
