Lucius sat on a table near the end of the Great Hall. The turmoil around him was unending. Dead bodies filled the room, and it was standing to smell of the dead. Draco sat across from him.

"Dad where is mum?" Lucius looked towards the front of the room where Narcissa was kneeling over Bellatrix's body. Draco followed his eye and just nodded. He didn't seem to upset that his aunt had died.

"Draco you would understand if you knew your aunt before she went to prison." He didn't need to say more because Narcissa came over and hugged her son. She took a seat next to Lucius and kissed him lightly on the cheek. Lucius looked down and noticed a trail of blood flowing steadily from between Narcissa's legs.

"Narcissa what did you do?" She looked down and gasped at the blood covering her dress. Tears immediately flew into her blue eyes and she got up running for the nearest bathroom. "Stay here Draco!" Lucius shouted at his son who tried to follow him as he stood. Draco reluctantly fell back into his seat and Lucius hurried off following his wife. He ran past crying families, injured people, and more dead bodies. They never seemed to vanish; the bodies were always there a terrible reminder that a battle had taken place last night. Lucius turned into the woman's bathroom, and heard Narcissa sobbing in one of the stalls. "Honey what's wrong?"

"I lost it Lucius" she stuttered sobbing.

"You lost what?" After another retching sob she answered.

"The baby" Lucius swung open the door, and she sat on the toilet covered in blood, and tissue.

"You were pregnant?" he asked shocked by what he was seeing. Why didn't she tell me?

"Yes I couldn't tell you with all the stuff happening, and I thought I could do it after all this." She let out another sob. "But now" she broke out in more sobs, and Lucius hugged her. He held her in his arms hoping that something would make her smile. He hadn't seen her smile in so long.

"Honey it will be all right, we still have a son that we both love him very much." She nodded her eyes red with tears. "Come on honey." He cast a spell so the blood disappeared from her dress. Narcissa reluctantly stood up and headed towards the Great Hall with Lucius. She tried to contain her sobs as she reentered the room, but it was too great. Not only had she lost her unborn child, but so many had lost their children, their wives, brothers, sisters, husbands. The list was unending. She saw a woman sobbing, and headed towards her. She should at least have the decency to comfort her sister.

Okay so what do you think so far. I'm thinking of continuing this until Draco gets married with some surprises on the way. If you have an ideas either pm me or leave me a review. Thanks so much for reading. :D
