A/N: So, here's a story I wanted to make for a long time. A Russian Civil War AU for the Loud House. Basically, The six older Loud Siblings, along with their parents, lived in Russia on 1917 during World War 1 and they supported the Red Army, also known as the Bolshevik.

Chapter titles are inspired by the chapter titles of Flagg1991's story "Reeling In The Year!" I was also inspired to make a story where the Loud Family is in the past instead of the present thanks to my boy Flagg1991.

Enjoy it.

LOUD REVOLUTION

Russia. A large country and large empire of Europe, along with The British Empire. They were under the control of the Tsar or Czar. They were known for getting defeated by the Japanese in the Russo-Japanese war and other historical stuff. Russia was always the country who was peaceful and never wanted a war. Right?

It was 1917 and The Russian Empire was fighting against Germans. You see, back on June 28, 1914, a Serbian nationalist assassinated Archduke Franz Ferdinand of Austria in Sevajaro, Austria-Hungary (Or Bosnia and Herzegovina). Baron Giesl von Gieslingen, an ambassador of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, sent an ultimatum to Serbia. Of course, Serbia denied.

On July 28, 1914, Austria-Hungary declared war on Serbia. Russia, Serbia's strongest ally, mobilized. The German Empire, an ally of Austria-Hungary, declared war on Russia, marking the spark of World War 1.

Russia has defeated Germany, Austria-Hungary, and the Ottoman Empire in battles but is always pushed back by them.

Citizen in Russia blamed Tsar Nicholas II for making Russia enter the war with the Germans. They were so tired of being in control of the Tsar. The economy was low due to the war. Riots and protest in February of 1917 forced Nicholas II to abdicate, ending the Tsardom of Russia. Vladimir Lenin, a communist revolutionary, and politician, came out of exile and went to Petrograd to overthrow the government, thus, starting the Russan Revolution or February Revolution.

In a large cabbage in Moscow, capital of Russia, lived a family of 6. One of these kids is an 11-year-old white-haired boy named Lincoln Loud. He was always that kid who was made fun of his hair because it wasn't a normal hair color for a kid like him. He wasn't the best student due to dazing off all the time but at least he gets good grades. He is best friend with Clyde McBride, who was a little dumber than Lincoln, they always hang out after school to go to walk around some parts of Moscow and talk since there isn't really that much in Moscow in 1917.

Lincoln also lives with his 5 older sisters. The oldest one is Lori Loud, who is 17 years old. She was considered the bossy one of the Loud Kids because she tells off her siblings for entering her room, except for Leni, but she cares for her siblings.

Speaking of Leni, She is the 2nd oldest of the Loud, at age 16. She isn't the smartest one in her family but she makes it up with her personality. She also makes stuff using a sewing needle, such as a blanket for her siblings. Leni is considered the nicest sister to Lincoln, due to her kindness. Whenever Lincoln is cold, Leni would give him a warm hug to keep him from getting Pneumonia, even if they are indoor.

Luna is the 3rd oldest of the Loud, at age 15. She was known for singing in Russian a lot. Along with Leni, She was considered a kind and closest sisters to Lincoln. She always wanted a brother since she was maybe 3 or early 4 years old. The day Lincoln was born, it was the happiest day of Luan's life. She would help him take a bucket bath, change his diaper and sing him a Russian lullaby. In modern 1917, She would hang out with Lincoln if he feels lonely and sings him a song if he was feeling down or couldn't sleep. Making an 11-year-old Lincoln sleep in her arms was the best moment.

Luan is the 4th oldest of the Loud, at age 14. She is the comedian of her family. At the most point, she would make a terrible pun that results in a groan from her family, but that doesn't stop Luan from telling jokes. One time, She once made a joke about World War 1 at the worst time in 1914 and she obviously got punished for that.

Last but not least, Lynn Jr. She is the 5th oldest of her family, at age 13. She is the athletic girl of her family. It's rare for a girl to like sports because most girls aren't tomboys but it doesn't stop Lynn from liking sports. Her brother never liked sports even though he was a boy, so she tries to make Lincoln like sports, how? By using him as a punching bag of course. Lynn is known for going rough on her siblings, Lincoln more specifically. It was until she actually hurt her brother in the summer of 1916. From that day forward, She goes softer on her siblings.

The sun was rising from the sky. Birds were chirping, people were walking, a gunshot was heard...

A gunshot?

Lincoln awoke from his slumber after hearing a gunshot from the distance. Since the day Russia went to war with Germany, Austria-Hungary, later, the Ottoman Empire and Bulgaria, the Louds were paranoid. Lincoln didn't know about the war until Luna told him a few weeks before the Ottoman Empire joined the war. She told him the dangers of war and how it affects the world and people. Young Lincoln took this as a note.

Lincoln was confused on why someone would even shot a gun in public, at 8 AM. That's when it hits him. What if the Germans, Austrian-Hungarian, Ottoman Turks, and Bulgarian reached Moscow and are fighting the Russian army right now? No, that can't be right, maybe it's just some crazy dude who drank too many vodkas and manages to grab a gunshot and is shooting up the city. Yeah, that the answer.

Lincoln's thought was interrupted when he heard his wooden door open. He looked up and saw Leni running up to him and pulled him into a hug. What was she doing? There was a gunshot outside and she is pulling him into a hug. Was it a protective hug?

"Oh, Linky!" Leni spoke in a worried tone. "Are you okay? Did that nasty gunshot scare you?" Even if she isn't the sharpest tool in the shed, she knows all the dangers around the world and doesn't want her baby brother to get hurt or scared.

"Yeah, I'm good Leni!" Lincoln reassures his sister.

Leni broke the hug. "Oh, sorry about that, I just didn't want anything to scare you, that shot was loud!" Leni said. "Remember, Mom and Dad went to Petrograd yesterday for vacation and they put us in charge!"

Lincoln did remember that. The Loud Parents Lynn Loud Sr. and Rita Laskin, or Loud after both of them got married, went to Petrograd to visit their parents and have a party with them, probably to drink some vodka. Wonder what fucked up shit they will bring this time.

"Leni?" Lincoln said.

"Yes, Linky?" Leni said.

"Do you think Central Powers are in Moscow?" Lincoln asked.

Leni bite the bottom of her lips. She knew that her little brother was aware of the war but he's been paranoid that the Central Powers might reach Moscow soon and destroy the city and families, including their family. "Look Linky, let's not think about that, your safe in here and with your sisters!" Leni told Lincoln.

Lincoln sighed. "Alright Leni, I won't think about it!" Lincoln said. This made Leni smiled.

"Great!" Leni said. "Now come on Linky, let's get to the table before our breakfast gets cold!" And with that, Lincoln jumped off his bed, still with a knitted pajama that Leni had made for him and walked out the door with Leni by his side.

When the duo reached the dining area, they were greeted by the smell of what they were having for breakfast. They rushed to the table and sit down on the wooden chair.

At the table were the other two Loud Siblings, Luna and Luan. Luna looked like she hadn't sleep in days. Luan was just reading a newspaper, hoping to look for some words she can joke about.

Lincoln sat next to Luna. He notices the bags under her eyes. "Hey, Luna!" Lincoln greeted. Luna jumped a little after hearing her brother's voice.

Luna took a deep breath and looked at Lincoln. "Oh, hey bro!" Luna greeted back, obviously with a tired tone. "How well did you sleep?" She asked.

"I slept pretty well, unlike the past three years!" Lincoln said, referring to the start of World War 1. "How well did you sleep?" Lincoln asked.

Luna gave a tired sigh. "Pretty crap dude, I went out with a few friends, wish I can go to sleep right now!" Luna answered, regretting what she did last night.

"Why don't you sleep after breakfast? Do you have to go somewhere?" Lincoln asked.

"Well, I did have plans with my friend but after hearing that gunshot, I've planned to stay home, so yeah, I'm going back to sleep after breakfast!" Luna told Lincoln. Lincoln made a small smiled. Seeing her brother smile made her smile too.

"Good!" Lincoln said.

Lori and Lynn came to the table with bowls in their hand. They place the bowls in front of them. Lincoln looked at the bowl and saw that it was hot soup, fresh from the pot. Lincoln and the other Loud Siblings started to eat the soup while Lori and Lynn went to get their own soup. Once the duo arrived, they sat down and eat with their siblings. After a minute of silence, with the exception of slurping coming from each Loud Kids, Lori spoke up.

"So, have anyone heard the gunshot?" Lori asked. Everyone at the table nodded.

"Yeah, that gunshot was loud as hell man!" Luan joked using her family's last name, causing her siblings to groan.

"Seriously Luan? There's a war going on that involves gunshots and you have the guts to say that? Pathetic!" Lynn retorted.

"Yeah, that, like, mean Luan, there are people dying out there!" Leni informed her with a hint of anger in her tone.

"Sorry about that?" Luan apologized.

"Its okay Luan, just please don't make a joke like that ever again!" Lori said. Luan nodded in understanding and went back to eating.

After eating and having a conversation, the kids have finished and left their plates on the table. Lincoln was at Leni's room to see Leni knit a blanket. Lori went to her room and was washing the clothes using a bucket. Lynn was in her room playing with a baseball in her hand, she was throwing the ball at the wall and catch it. Luna, as promised, was sleeping in her bed in a room that she shared with Luan. (They're the only siblings with a shared room). Luan was sitting on the chair, reading a newspaper. Things were going okay for the Louds.

GASP...

A gasp echoed around the cabbage. It was so loud that it caught the attention of the Loud Kids, it was loud enough to wake Luna from her nap. The kids went to where the noise came from and saw Luan looking at the newspaper with her eyes wide open. "Woah!" Luan said, shocked. Curious, the Loud Kids went to Luan to see what she was looking at.

Последние Новости: в Петрограде и Москве вспыхнули беспорядки и протесты. Люди хотят, чтобы царство до конца. Владимир Ленин хочет свергнуть правительство. (BREAKING NEWS: Riots and protest broke out in Petrograd and Moscow. People want to the Tsardom to end. Vladimir Lenin wants to overthrow the government).

The Loud Kids, too, were in shock. A riot and protest in the two most popular city and a guy want to overthrow the government? What a great way to start the day.

"Well that probably explained the gunshot that we heard earlier, maybe some crazed protester grabbed a gun to show how serious he wants Nicholas II to abdicate!" Lori explained. Her siblings nodded in agreement.

Lincoln dazed for a moment before he snapped out of it and asked. "Wait, isn't Mom and Dad at Petrograd where the protest and riots are?" Lincoln asked. That caught the Loud sister's attention because they gasped as soon as their little brother said that.

"Oh no, I forgot that they went to Petrograd yesterday!" Lori said. She then ran to her room.

"Oh no, What if they get caught in the riot? What if they get shot? What if they died from It? What if their dead right now!" Leni said in a panic, tears were forming in her eyes. Lincoln couldn't see Leni like this so he wrapped his arms around his sister's waist.

"Don't worry Leni, I bet they are aware of what is happening in Petrograd, and besides, they're not stupid enough to get caught in a riot, they always stay out of these type of things!" Lincoln reassured his sister. Leni manages to calm down and hugged her brother back.

"Alright Linky, I believe you!" Leni said. She wipes her eyes to remove the tears from her eyes. The duo broke off the hug.

Lori came back with some sort of paper in her hand. Her siblings were confused on why Lori had a paper in her hand. Lori was about to open the door but she turned to the Leni and Luna. "You two are in charge while I'm gone for a few minutes!" Lori ordered.

Luna arched an eyebrow. "And where are you going, sis?" She asked.

"Well, someone has to send a letter to our parents!" Lori explained. Before any of her siblings could respond, Lori left the cabbage. Lincoln and Luna sat on the couch while the remaining Loud Kids went off to do their own things.

Lincoln looked at Luna. "Luna?"

Luna looked at her brother. "Yeah bro?"

"Do you think we'll be okay, along with Mom and Dad?" Lincoln asked.

Luna smiled and wrapped one and around Lincoln's shoulder. "Don't worry Link, they'll be fine, we don't know what they are doing right now but I know they are safe!" Luna said. "Oh, and I want you to forget about what's going on right now, might be hard due to people yelling at the streets and gunshots...!"

BOOM

"...and also bombs!" Luna finished.

Lincoln flashed a small smile. "Alright, Luna!"

And with that, the duo left the couch. Luna went back to sleep and Lincoln continue to watch Leni knit a blanket.

And that's done. I did not expect to finish in about 3 or 4 hours in total. (Writing and proofreading)

Here a little more background on why I made this story: Back in 2017, I wanted to make a story where the Loud Family lived through the Russian Revolution and Russian Civil War. Back then, I made fucked up short stories, so I wanted to redeem myself since I became better at writing. I read "Reeling In The Year" by Flagg1991 and was inspired to make this story since, in the story, Lori, Leni, Luna, Luan, Lynn, and Lincoln were the siblings of the Loud Family, meaning no younger sibling, and also I like story about the past, so here we are. Thanks, Flagg.

I don't have a schedule for the next chapter, so, expect the unexpected.

I also had to do research on Russian Revolution and Civil War. Turns out the revolution actually takes place on March since Russian used to use the Julian calendar, which made Russia a few weeks behind, instead of the calendar that other countries use. They used the Julian calendar until 1918. So that's why it's called the February Revolution instead of the March Revolution.

This story will take place from 1917 until 1922, when the USSR, or the Soviet Union, was formed. I also planned on making a sequel to this story, from 1937 - 1960's or 70's.

This is AcropolisGD signing out.

(Also, English isn't my first language, sorry for grammar issue)
