Goodbye Bella Swan
Those words rang inside my head like echoes in a cave, vibrating almost endlessly. An image of his face came up in my mind- his pale skin, his sharp features, and then the heartless look in his eyes. I remember vividly as though he were looking into my eyes right now, and there was absolutely nothing human-like but coldness in his eyes. Tears started to well up, blurring my vision, and I quickly wiped them away. I shouldn't be crying like this while I am driving, but I couldn't stop it. My chest heaved with difficulty and I felt as if I had lost direction and purpose. Where am I again?
A car behind me honked, snapping my back to reality. I realized it was green light and hit the gas pedal cautiously.
I was angry at myself for being like this, but I was even angrier at Edward for leaving.
Suddenly there was a honk and as each millisecond passed, it blared louder and louder. Before I could turn to the left where the sound was being produced, the car came crashing so quickly. My vision was filled with a yellow-white light and before I could make sense of it, I was unconscious.
