"Mommy, Uncle Nagato won't teach me new jutsu." a ten year old girl pouted. She had black hair in pigtails, eyes as blue as the sky, and two black fox ears and a black fox tail.
Naruto smiled sadly. "Today is a sad day for Uncle Nagato. This is the anniversary of Aunt Konan's death."
The girl's eyes widened. "I remember, you told me that Aunt Konan was the angel of Ame and the reason that it had rained so much back then was because she was crying for the village's miserable state. When it was finally fixed, it stopped raining everyday."
Naruto chuckled. "Yeah, that's it."
Itachi looked up from where he was polishing his sword. "Why don't you ask Uncle Kakuzu or Uncle Hidan, Tsuki?"
Tsuki frowned. "Uncle Kaku is being a grump and Uncle Hidan is busy with his rituals."
Itachi rubbed his chin. "You could ask Sasori. You need to improve your chakra control anyway."
Tsuki pouted but complied. "Maybe Uncle Sasori will show me the pretty Deidara puppet."
Naruto chuckled as she left the room.
"She's more like you everyday." Itachi said as he twined his arms around Naruto's waist.
Naruto sighed. "Yeah, but I miss when she was a baby."
Itachi smirked. "We could make another."
Naruto hit Itachi lightly. "Pervert."
"I'm just appreciating my miracle of a mate." Itachi pulled Naruto to the bed, nibbling on his neck. "And I plan to appreciate you for eternity."
Itachi and Naruto's wedding rings that they had exchanged on their mating day glinted in the candle light.
