I feel emptiness, a hollow void in my soul I cannot fill
My eyes shed silent tears you alone can still
The crest of friendship I was given, it was bestowed upon me
Yet it wrenches my heart to be solely a pal you see
Romance is confusing, I've never been in love before
But when your lips wrinkle into a smile, I feel I could jump up and soar
We fight ferociously sometimes, rage burning within our souls
And yet a glimmer of hope remains of wedding bell tolls
You'll never hear my heartbeat, at a speed some call fast
Remember that on my list, you are never last
Digidestined or not, my love reaches from here to beyond
