Chapter 1
The departing
This was something that the yondaime didn't like, his wife has just died giving birth to his son and he will die sealing the fox in the new born in his arms. He was riding on top of gamabunta watching just how his fellow shinobis battled a losing fight with that force of nature. The nine tails fox.
When he was near the fox he put little Naruto in the ground and start making seals for the seal, then the shinigami appear and yondaime stretch his hand to the kyubi and Naruto in his other hand . when the fox noticed that his soul was being pull apart in vain tried to fight the more he struggle the more of his soul was being pull apart. And all was being absorbed to Naruto's navel. Naruto started crying "Please Naruto hold on just a little more" plead the Yondaime and just as started suddenly end the soul of the kyubi being held inside of the infant who keep crying.
Jiraya landed next to the Yondaime who was smirking "you are late ero-sennin" Jiraya just smile to the blond. "Sensei I have a favor to ask" Jiraya turned to see his face who was becoming paler "please Take care, of Naruto take him away of Konoha I want him to be a hero but I know that they are going to treat him badly" "don't say that Arashi he is your son, if they know he will be a prince here" "I know that's why I'm asking you to take him away and name him Uzumaki Naruto, only when he is old enough and can Take care of himself you are to reveal his heritage, please train him and make sure he protect Konoha. And when he does became e a Konoha shinobi give him this "Yondaime give Jiraya his headband and his cloak. " I just hope I could have see him clad in it, chase the girls away of him, watch him as he grow "Yondaime was in tears as well as Jiraya. Jiraya just nod and say "don't worry Arashi I will do that, but why Uzumaki he should be Kasama. " "I know but is not safe with all my enemies is better this way he he" he laugh "it seems my time has expired take care ero-sennin " and with that last words the stronger hokage to date expired happy knowing that he had die protecting his people and that his son was in good hands.
Jiraya stared at the small bundle that has stopped crying, and was staring curious at him "well now what am I going to do with you ? " before he continue speaking with the baby Sarutobi appear in the scene "so he did it" "yes the lad did it" "he was a good man Konoha is going to miss him, but his son would high the spirits a little " "not going to happen" Jiraya say " I'm going to take the boy away , that was his father wishes and his name to be Uzumaki Naruto until he can take care of himself "
"when do you leave?" sandaime ask "just after I gather what I need after that ill return with him to take the genin test until then old man " and Jiraya left a saddened Sarutobi to deal with a crying town who had lost so many good people including their beloved leader .
