This story will take place after book 8 of Pita Ten… when Takashi expressed his true feelings to Koboshi (is that her name?).
After telling Kotarou his true feelings for Koboshi, Takashi felt so much "lighter," like this secret was some luggage he was holding for so long! Takashi finally realized then, that Koboshi was really the one that he loved. Even after all these years, his harboring love for Koboshi… blossomed into something great.
"Kotarou… I have to go!" Takashi said, without turning around, he ran as fast as he could… to find Koboshi.
"I wish you happiness and luck, Takashi!" Kotarou yelled behind him.
Takashi turned around, and smiled. He hasn't done that in ages, and Kotarou was happy for him.
Takashi finally caught up with Koboshi.
"Ko…bo…shi…" Takashi said breathless-ly.
Koboshi's "ears" perked up, and she turned around and saw Takashi, standing there, smiling at her.
"Uhhh… hi Takashi…" Koboshi said, "What are you doing here? Aren't you suppose to be home? It's cold out here!"
"No, looking at you makes me warmer… and I'm here because of you." Takashi said.
Koboshi blushed. Just as she was about to ask him something, Takashi hugged Koboshi.
"I love you, Koboshi! I can't help it. Seeing you, going after Kotarou, makes me hate that guy. But my love for you had grown, and I can't help it!" Takashi blurted out.
Koboshi just hugged him, she never felt like this with Kotarou. Is this because… she likes Takashi, instead of Kotarou? Koboshi nudged away from Takashi.
"If you want me… you have to catch me if you can!" Koboshi said as she inched away.
"Is that a yes?" Takashi said, getting ready to chase her.
"Well… what are you waiting for!" Koboshi yelled while she's running.
"Run as fast as you can, cause if I catch you, I won't let go!" Takashi said.
Koboshi sqealed as Takashi caught up to her, and they ran into the sunset… holding hands and laughing.
