He closed his eyes as he focused on listening to Rui's melodic humming coming from inside the house. To him her voice was the combination of all the sounds that move's him, from happiness, sadness, anger, and to a peaceful calm.
To him, she was the sound of the emotions that he's not supposed to feel.
So, on lazy days like these, he goes to the roof of the mansion and waits for her to sing those emotions. Today's song though is different, the emotion's that the song brings are clashing together yet, they merge into one emotion that he doesn't know how to identify. The happiness it brings him yet it's tainted with sorrow. The lightness it make's him feel in his hart yet the heaviness it brings with it.
He takes a deep breath, trying to calm himself from the conflicting emotions.
'How can one person feel like this and not drive themselves crazy?' he pondered "Its like being high and crashing at the same time…" he said to the wind.
He continues to listen to Rui's song until she comes to the last few bars, there for putting an end to his conflicting emotions.
He opens his eyes and longs for her to sing again but his "sessions" as he calls them is up and so he jumps down from the roof and goes to find a place to nap, unaware that Rui was singing her love for him.
