Anyway, it's just a little thing I decided to do. I know that it won't be White Day for a month, but Valentine's Day is good enough.

Kyo flipped the card through his hands. He had bought it just this morning, not even realizing until then that it was White Day. Not like he really cared. He was just trying to be nice.

The card had a cat on it. An orange cat, to be exact. He couldn't help but want to buy it - even though his 'no one cares about me' nature told him that Tohru wouldn't like it. And even if she didn't, he could always just give it to Kagura or something later, though he wasn't sure if he'd be able to live through that.
Kyo sat up and looked at the card one last time. He had scribbled a messy 'Happy White Day' on the inside. His writing wasn't the best, but that was the last thing on Kyo's mind right now. He was more concerned on what Tohru would say. His mind had a formed image of her hating it and throwing it in the trash on her way out of whatever room she was in. He frowned a bit. Would she do that?
The boy scooted himself over to the latter and climbed down from the roof. Right now he was the most confident he'd ever be, so he decided to just get it over with and give it to her now. He headed into the house and saw Tohru.
With Yuki.
That damn Yuki. He ruined everything. Kyo sighed quietly as he watched Yuki give her a ribbon like he had the year before. Tohru seemed to like it a lot.
Kyo turned and headed outside again, tossing the card aside. "Ah... Maybe next year..." he whispered to himself as he climbed back up the latter to the roof.
