Hello dear readers! Christmas-time is arriving so I decided to post a short, four-part series of drabbles for the happy occasion. Please let me know what you think!:)
"What are you doing?" Erik asked; Christine was standing on a ladder in front of the window.
"Decorating. It's Christmas-time!"
"It's only the end of November."
"It's snowing. It's Christmas-time," she stated, hanging another string of snowflakes on the curtain. "Don't laugh at me!" She scolded him playfully.
"Not at you. Us." He reached into his pocket, still smiling. "I've bought this for you with the same reason."
There was a carved little snowman in his palm.
"I guess you approve, then," she giggled, taking the present from his hand.
"Sure. I've never had any reason to celebrate Christmas before."
