Red
Red hair blows in the wind,
Eyes, dark as coal, on me they are pinned
One thing stands between us, that one thing alone,
My dear, loving Edward, still as a stone
I'm frightened, and scared, frozen in place,
As I watch a smile slid onto her face
Her feline-like body gets ready to pounce,
I can't move my body, not one little ounce
Then Edward steps up to the plate,
I know he would die to protect my fate
The fight then begins over me and my blood,
I don't know who's winning it opens a flood
Of question and worries, "Will he survive?"
"Will Edward be the one that's left alive"
It ends and he wins, my heart skips a beat,
He slowly walks over, He thinks I'll retreat
"You are not scared?"
"Yes, but only on how you fared?"
I smile, He smiles, We know we have won
Today is our day, It's over and done
