Do not read if you havent read the third book this story had spoilers.
Sadie looked out the window of the Brooklyn house. Her room was fitted to her size and taste. Anything she wanted was just seconds away. She looked next to her on the bed was Walt. Ever since Walt and Anubis had combined as one after defeating Chaos (in the book the serpents shadow) it had solved all of Sadie's problems. Walt was in bed sleeping soundly. Sadie didn't want to wake him up so she slowly creeped out of bed. She had been wearing her pj's which were very comfortable , the only problem was she wasn't going to go around the house with little pictures of Anubis all over her pj's. She couldn't bear to think what everyone else would think of her. She slowly opened her closet and she picked out a pair of combat boots and a tank top with skinny wasn't trying to look Amazing just decent . (or at least decent enough for her boyfriend Walt). Sadie walked slowly into her bathroom inching her way around the creaking floorboards trying not to make any sound to wake up Walt. When she reached the bathroom she took in a deep breath . The hardest part was over now all she had to do was close the bathroom door silently. She grabbed the door and slowly closed it twising the handle ahead of time so that not even the clicking sound would be heard. As she closed the door she smiled she had successfully mad e it to the bathroom without waking Walt. Before she could finish her victory celebration she heard a knock on the door. "He Sadie nice try beautiful but you still woke me up". Sadie could imagine Walt on the other side of the door smiling as the words came out of his mouth. She opened the door and met face to face with Walt. "you always ruin my fun, you know that". She smiled as Walt approached her. He softly put his hands around her waist and pulled her in close. Sadie felt like she was about to melt. She always loved being close to Walt. But this time it was different. This time is was Walt and Anubis that loved her. And She loved them both back. Anubis using Walt as a host had solved all of Saide's problems. Walt wouldn't die and Anubis was no longer off limits. He pulled her close to him and he softly put his forehead on Sadie's. "Your special to me Sadie, did you know that" Sadie almost melted at those words. She slowly hugged Walt and they looked into each other's eyes. Then walt said something that made Sadie melt. "I love you Saide kane".
