In the year 1988, the month of September, a girl named Isabella Swan was conceived in the state of Washington, USA.
You will never find her birth certificate.
You can search the world from top to bottom, from New York to Shang Hi, and you will not find hide nor hair of the girl. (Look. I dare you.)
On her tombstone (a flat, square tablet in the middle of nowhere) there is no date of death.
This, my friend, leaves me with the rather strange, difficult task of telling the story of a woman whom I have made sure does not, has not, and never will exist.
A conundrum, you understand.
Nevertheless, I shall persist in my effort.
I do, in all honesty, owe the girl.
Keep in mind, while reading the following content, that I myself am not privy to all the pertinent facts; some is myth.
Some is legend.
Some is not.
All, one way or the other, has been gleaned from direct sources, mainly excerpts from the diary of Isabella Swan, and a few stories from the select few to have actually known the girl (their acquittance has been verified multiple times); sadly, due to an unfortunate mishap involving a fire, most pages have been scorched beyond salvage.
I cannot promise you the whole story. I do not know it.
In truth, I doubt anyone ever will.
