Authors Note: Hey... I wrote this in, like, 10 minutes... So, I can promise it isn't great... But I've been thinking about writing this for a couple days now... It's really short, I know. But I hope you enjoy!
Nick raised an eyebrow as he looked around his house, slowly shutting the front door behind himself. There was a little sticker stuck to the lock. He glanced around and noticed a sticker on the TV in the living room and on the staircase.
He kicked off his shoes and walked into the living room, looking around and felt a nuzzling at his leg, he looked down and smiled, petting the cat. "Hey, kitty…" His smile quickly faded as he noticed a sticker on the cats paw. He picked the cat up and looked at the sticker. It was a small sticker of a pink heart.
Nick slowly put the cat down and watched it run off before walking into the kitchen to find his daughter, sitting at the table and drinking a juice box. "Hey, princess!" He smiled, leaning down to kiss her cheek before pulling away as he didn't feel his lips press against her cheek but there was a sticker there instead. He raised an eyebrow at his daughter as she giggled quietly, covering her mouth.
He glanced around, confused as he saw stickers everywhere, "I'll be right back, sweetie…" He slowly walked into the kitchen and saw a sticker on the package of muffins on the counter. "What in the world is going on here?" He mumbled to himself.
Nick ran a hand through his hair as he looked around, confused at all the stickers around him. His thoughts were interrupted when the bathroom door quickly opened and a figure skipped into the kitchen.
Jeff quickly smiled brightly at the sight of Nick and pressed a sticker to his forehead. "Jeff! What are you-" he was quickly cut off by Jeff's lips, kissing him lightly before he slowly pulled away.
"I put a sticker on everything I love!"
Nick stared at Jeff in silence before a loving smile slowly crossed his lips and he sighed happily, wrapping his arms around his husband and pulling him into a hug. He grabbed a sticker off the fridge and stuck it to the back of Jeff's shirt.
"I'll do the same."
Authors Note: So, I was thinking of writing about Jeff's inspiration for where he put all the stickers... If you want that, let me know. Thank you for reading!
