"Taikuya Yamato wake up" said a mother out side of her son's bedroom.
Taikuya rolled out of bed and opened his window. He let the cool morning breeze wake him up before he started to get ready for school. Once he was more awake he got dressed. He wore a red shirt with a short jacket that came up to his stomache. He also wore a pair of blue skater jeans. He put on a pair of fingerless gloves that were also red. He picked up his pair of blue and black goggles and put them on. He looked at his reflection from his bathroom mirror and brushed his teeth.
another boring day as usual he thought
When he was done he ran downstairs and made himself two pancakes and ate. Once he was done he grabbed his backpack from the hallway and ran out the door.
"have a nice day sweety" said his mom shouting out the second floor window
Taikuya waved good-bye and continued running to his school, which was only two blocks away. When he got to the school he took out a deck of cards and looked at them. Him and his friends would play a card game called data battle. It was fun, he won all the time and entered a few tournements that were local, and weren't that expesive, he held the amatuar title so far in tournements.
He walked inside the building and went to his locker. Weaving in and out of crowds of people as he did. When he got to his locker he put his backpack and jacket in and closed it. As he closed it he saw one of his friends walk towards him.
"hey Tai" said his friend
"oh hey Jay" said Tai "how was your summer vacation"
Jay shrugged his shoulders. "same old same old" he said "sat home and played games on the computer, watched a few data battles on the internet live"
"cool" said Taikuya "i went to another local tournement the other day and placed in second against this guy named Ryo, he had really good cards"
"yeah i know" said Jay "i read his bio online, he is the world amataur title, beat the american champion a few monthes ago"
Tai nodded. He heard the bell rang.
"well see ya" said Tai
"see you during lunch" sai Jay and they both departed to their homerooms.
Tai walked into his homeroom and sat down at his desk. He took out his ksetchpad and began to draw. IT started out as the head of a dinosaur then began to transform inot something great. Once he was done he ripped out the page and put it in a folder that he had taken out with his sketchpad. The folder was filled with drawings of creatures he had drawn.

As the day progressed Tai was getting more anxious to get ou of the school and go to the park to relax and play. As soo as the final bell rung he jumped out of his seat and ran out the door to the park two blocks away. As he was walking he heard something down the alley and went to see what it was. He saw a shadow and turned the corner.....
"what the-" he said
The thing turned around.
"my names Guilmon" it said "you want to play"
