Chapter 1
Annabeth's point of view :
The annoying sound of my alarm woke me up from my sleep . Normally I wasn't a morning person but since it was my first day of school I decided to wake up . I moved to New York this Friday so I had a lot of work to be done .
I got down my bed and made it right . Then I went into the bathroom only after grabbing my toiletries . Brushed my teeth then tied up my hair before turning on the shower . I striped down and got into the tub and let all me weariness , and sleep get washed away as the Luke warm water hit my body .
I quickly showered for 15 mins and got out of the tub . I put on my grey bathrobe and went into my room . I opened my closet and scanned it once to decide what to wear for today .
I picked out my favourite grey top which has a owl on it , then put on some blue jeans , my favourite owl earrings which my mom gifted me last Christmas . Then went over to the mirror and brushed my hair smooth before tying it into a ponytail . I am personally now much of a girly girl so I settled for some moisturiser and lipgloss .
I looked up at my reflection and smiled , "I guess I look quite good". My golden blond hair , grey eyes and tan are not that bad . So feeling rather pleased I took my backpack and headed down to kitchen .
I found my mom making breakfast , I went over to her and grabbed my breakfast . To my very liking they were pancakes . I took the plate to the table to accompany my dad . I greeted them both good morning .
"good morning sweetheart" said my mom with a warm smile .
"Morning annabeth dear , should I drop you off to school today ?" Asked my dad as I took I big bite of my breakfast .
"No dad it's fine, I think I can manage to drive my new car you know" I said dangling the keys of my BMW on my finger grinning at them .
I went over to the shoe rack a put on some sandals after waving my parents goodbyes.
I drove my car off to my new school named Chilton High listening to the songs of my fav band 1D . I glanced at the watch and relaxed to the song realising that I still had time and pulled into the Starbucks parking lot .
